TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By purchasing from Air Music Australia, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Air Music Australia.

  2. Payment Terms

    All online orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. For any manual or invoice-based orders (e.g., wholesale or special arrangements), payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Orders are not shipped until payment has been received.

  3. Unpaid Orders

    Because full payment is required before shipping, Air Music Australia does not extend payment terms and does not apply late fees. If an invoice-based order remains unpaid, the order may be cancelled automatically.

  4. International Taxes & Import Duties

    For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country’s authorities. Air Music Australia is not responsible for additional charges applied by destination countries.

  5. Product Compatibility & Liability

    Air Music Australia supplies high-quality musical accessories, including neck straps, ligatures, and weighted screws. Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their instrument and for the correct installation and use of products. Air Music Australia is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse of products. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

  6. Claims, Returns & Refunds

    Returns are accepted only for defective or faulty items. Change-of-mind returns are not offered. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods and must include clear evidence of the issue (photos or video). Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Air Music Australia will inspect the returned item before issuing a refund or replacement.

  7. Governing Law

  8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian Consumer Law and the laws of the State of Victoria. Any disputes must first be raised with Air Music Australia for resolution.
